Your Favorite Apps Are Now Living in ChatGPT
ChatGPT just got a massive upgrade! OpenAI announced a major new feature at their annual conference that turns the chatbot into a powerful tool for getting things done. Instead of just answering questions, ChatGPT can now run actual apps right inside your conversation. This means you can ask it to do things like "Spotify, make a party playlist" or "Canva, design a poster for my event," and the app will pop up and handle the request without you ever having to leave the chat window.
Big-name services like Booking.com, Zillow, Coursera, and Expedia are some of the first to be included. The goal is to blend those familiar, interactive tools, like maps and playlists, with the natural flow of a conversation, making the whole experience of planning, creating, and learning much smoother and faster.
Users can either call up the apps by name or ChatGPT will automatically suggest them when it thinks they might be helpful.
