Everything that happened at Apple Awe-dropping 2025 Event

Apple just wrapped up its highly anticipated “Awe-Dropping” 2025 event, and this year’s announcements prove that the company isn’t just refining its products, it’s reinventing them. At the heart of the show was the launch of the iPhone 17 series, which includes the standard iPhone 17, the iPhone 17 Pro, the iPhone 17 Pro Max, and an all-new model stealing the spotlight, the iPhone Air. The iPhone 17 arrives with a larger 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR display featuring ProMotion for smoother scrolling and visuals, powered by the ultra-efficient A19 chip that delivers lightning-fast performance while keeping battery life optimized for all-day use. Apple’s new 48MP Dual Fusion camera promises sharper, more vibrant shots, making this one of the most photography-friendly iPhones yet. Pre-orders open on September 12, with shipping starting on September 19, and it comes in five stunning colors including lavender, mist blue, and sage.

For those seeking pro-level performance, the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max push things even further. The Pro models introduce the A19 Pro chip, a powerhouse designed for intensive tasks like gaming, editing, and content creation. The camera system is a major upgrade, with three 48MP Fusion lenses, including an ultra-wide and telephoto lens offering up to 16× optical-quality zoom for incredible close-ups and portraits. The display is brighter and more durable, reinforced with Ceramic Shield 2, and the Pro Max model benefits from a larger battery that can handle up to 39 hours of video playback, making it Apple’s longest-lasting iPhone to date. Starting at $1,099 for the Pro and $1,199 for the Pro Max, pre-orders for these models also begin September 12.

The unexpected star of the event, however, was the brand-new iPhone Air, Apple’s thinnest iPhone ever at just 5.6 mm. Despite its ultra-slim frame, it doesn’t compromise on performance. It packs the powerful A19 Pro chip, a 6.6-inch Super Retina XDR display with 120Hz ProMotion, and a 48MP Fusion rear camera that delivers incredible photo quality. Apple designed the Air for users who want something lightweight yet powerful, making it one of the most anticipated devices of the year. With its sleek build and vibrant color options, the iPhone Air feels like a statement piece as much as a smartphone.

Apple also introduced the AirPods Pro 3, which bring smarter sound and built-in health features to the lineup. Offering twice the noise cancellation of the previous generation, these earbuds feature a more secure fit, improved battery life, and heart-rate monitoring straight from your ears. Perhaps the most exciting feature is real-time live translation, powered by Apple Intelligence, allowing seamless conversations across different languages. Pre-orders are already live, and they’ll be available starting September 19.

Beyond hardware, Apple unveiled iOS 26, a major software redesign introducing the new Liquid Glass interface, smarter widgets, and deeper integration of Apple Intelligence features like live translation, screenshot-based search, and personalized shortcuts. Combined with upgrades to the Apple Watch Series 11, SE 3, and Ultra 3, bringing new health tracking, satellite messaging, and longer battery life, Apple’s ecosystem feels more connected and capable than ever. This event wasn’t just about incremental upgrades; it marked the beginning of a new era where performance, design, and intelligence come together seamlessly across devices.
