Over the next year, Roku predicts that 100% of the streaming audience will see ads. For growth marketers in 2026, CTV will remain an important “safe space” as AI creates widespread disruption in the search and social channels. Plus, easier access to self-serve CTV ad buying tools and targeting options will lead to a surge in locally-targeted streaming campaigns.

Read our guide to find out why growth marketers should make sure CTV is part of their 2026 media mix.

ChatGPT Wrapped is Here!

OpenAI is jumping on the year-end review bandwagon with a new feature for ChatGPT that's basically their version of Spotify Wrapped. The company just started rolling out "Your Year with ChatGPT" to users in the United States and other English-speaking countries including Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

If you've been chatting away with ChatGPT this year, you might be eligible to see your personalized review. The feature is available to people on the free, Plus, and Pro plans, but there's a catch. You need to have two specific settings enabled in your account: "Reference Saved Memories" and "Reference Chat History." You also need to have used ChatGPT enough times to meet their minimum activity threshold. If you're using ChatGPT through a Team, Enterprise, or Education account, you won't be able to access this feature.

Just like Spotify Wrapped makes sharing your music taste on social media irresistible, ChatGPT's year-end review comes with eye-catching graphics and personalized awards based on how you've used the chatbot throughout the year. You might get labeled as a "Creative Debugger" if you spent time working through problems or brainstorming ideas with the AI. The feature also creates a custom poem and image that reflects your main topics of interest from the past year.

OpenAI says they're keeping the experience lightweight and focused on privacy, which means you're in control. The review won't pop up automatically or force itself on you when you open the app. Instead, you'll see it promoted on the ChatGPT home screen, and you can choose whether to check it out. You can also just ask ChatGPT directly to show you "Your Year with ChatGPT" if you want to see it.

The feature works on both the web version and mobile apps for iPhone and Android. While OpenAI is clearly trying to create something fun and shareable for users, they've emphasized that it's designed with privacy in mind and won't automatically blast your AI usage habits across your screen the moment you log in.
